About FACT

Directors and advisors

FACT is governed by a Board of Directors, who are supported by a number of advisors.

The Board of Directors form the main governing body of FACT. The Directors serve two-year terms, and all active members of FACT are eligible to stand for election when vacancies occur. Directors can also be appointed by the Board when vacancies arise.

2010 Board of Directors

	President: Robert Dunn Executive Director of the Quantum Biofeedback Association and an advisor to Quantum Energy Health Centres, Bob has been responsible for strategic planning, project management and market acceptance of several new start-ups and product developments over the last three decades.
	Vice-President & Secretary: Sanjiv Jagota Sanjiv is the President and CEO of Nature's Source Inc. and publisher of the Integrated Healthcare Practitioners newsletter. He studied microbiology and organic chemistry atHumber College and York University.
	Treasurer: Michelle Prychidny Michelle joined the Board this spring.

Other members of the Board

	Nelia DaSilva Nelia has been involved with health care administration for over 26 years, the last 17 in multi-disciplinary clinics, including her role as Clinic Coordinator at the largest naturopathic clinic in North America, the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and currently the office manager for the Xiaolan Health Centre. She has taught medical office and business administration and is passionate about educating the public on complementary health care. She served as Treasurer in 2009
	James Foo A chi kung and feng shui teacher, Dr. Foo trained as a scientist and holds a Ph.D., as well as an M.Sc. in computer science from universities in the U.K. Lecturing in Feng shui and Chi kung in England and Hong Kong, he has also been a long time volunteer for Hong Fook Mental Health Association, where he is currently the vice-president in charge of fundraising.
	Lydia Hunziker Lydia joined the board this spring.
	Elwin Louie Currently a Project Director with Home Loans Canada, a subsidary of CIBC Mortgages Lending and Insurance, Elwin Louie focuses on enhancing business processes with proven technology. Previously he was a Managing Director for Byterium Corp., a business technology enablement firm. His experience includes being an internal auditor for Northern Telecom and a test systems supervisor for Fiberglass Canada. Elwin received a Bachelors of Management from McGill and his MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
