Our mission
Mission statement
FACT is an association of consumers and professionals dedicated to the promotion of health information on alternative and complementary medicine and therapies that is specific, accessible, credible and ethical.
Objectives
- To develop and disseminate a repository of quality information in the area of complementary and alternative medicine and therapies for the benefit of the membership and the public.
- To promote educational opportunities for the membership and for the public across Canada in the area of complementary and alternative medicine and therapies.
- To organize educational activities for the membership and for the public across Canada in the area of complementary and alternative medicine and therapies.
- To provide opportunities for networking among consumers and professionals with interest in complementary and alternative medicine and therapies.
- To do all such things as are incidental and conducive to the attainment of the objectives listed above.
