FACT annual general meetings (AGMs)

Each year, FACT invites you to attend an annual general meeting, where you can find out what FACT has been up to, what directions we are moving in, and how you can participate.

The AGM always begins with an invited speaker who discusses a topic important to our membership and answers questions from the audience.

The date, time and location for the 2011 AGM have been confirmed:

• Date: Sunday, April 3, 2011
• Time: 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Place: Auditorium, Bloor-Gladstone branch, Toronto Public Library

Here is the list of forms you may require to participate fully in the meetings:

• Board of Director nomination forms (Directors sit on the FACT Board for a two-year term; pdf requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) —
• If you cannot attend please e-mail this proxy form to Carolyn before April 1, 2011. (Only current members in good standing can vote at the AGM.)
• Agenda — provided at meeting.
