Ayruveda provides us with the means to achieve these goals through observation of our lifestyles, climate, daily rhythms, relationships and care of ourselves. This day in an introduction allowing us to relate to the different types of constitutions (Vatta, Pitta and Kapha) and understand our personal basic needs.
