Membership benefits for practitioner members

Practitioner members enjoy all the benefits of individual members:

• find out about all FACT activities
• participate in all FACT events at member rates
• participate in exclusive, members-only events
• receive a courtesy rate when purchasing from one of our member organisations
• vote on important decisions at the Annual general meeting
• share information on our website
  

Please note that an up-to-date membership card is required to receive special rates at FACT events and at participating member organisations.

Practitioner members also enjoy the following benefits:

• reduced membership fee for 1 other practitioner in the same practice
• a listing in our online and printed Practitioner Directory
• distribution of promotional material to other members at cost
• you may offer courtesy rates to FACT members (with up-to-date membership card)
• you may be invited to make presentations at FACT seminars (when appropriate)

Becoming a practitioner member

For the first year only, a practitioner membership is $100.00 (includes administation costs). In subsequent years, practitioner membership costs $75.00 per year. Membership renewals are due by April 1st. Practitioner members are entitled to a listing in our online practitioner directories, and offer a courtesy rate to other FACT members.

If you work with another practitioner, you can invite one other practitioner from your practice to join for $50. This person's annual renewal fee will be $35 per year.

To become a practitioner member, print the application form. Send the completed form and a cheque for the membership fee to:
