Background
My own life experiences and then subsequent education has led me to this wonderful career of helping people to make positive choices for their lives. I loved my original career as a children's singer and performer, but as I experienced stress and poor physical health, I began to look for ways back to healthier, more vital living and was drawn to alternative pathways. Another factor which led me to complementary medicine was a family member who became mentally ill. I was determined to help him and myself to better health and well-being.
My many years of study in wellness, orthomolecular nutrition, stress relief, mental health and psychology have been an enormous personal growth experience. I'm compelled to share this life-embracing information with others.

Special interests
A great deal of my nutritional consulting has been for patients of an orthomolecular psychiatrist and also for a Headache and Pain Management Clinic, plus other GPs. I help people in the changes necessary to get on a toxin-free, low-GI food plan, with appropriate amounts of protein, carbohydrate and fat to suit their needs. Timing of meals, healthy snacks, and sample meal plans are included, along with other supporting materials.
As a professional speaker, my seminars and keynote addresses include fun and humour, sometimes song, for I believe positive attitudes and fun are part of healing.
