Introduction

Teresa believes in empowering patients to discover the necessary tools to optimize their health in mind, body and spirit. In her practice, she uses botanical medicine, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, homeopathy and lifestyle counseling to enable patients to achieve their health goals.

Professional experience

Teresa has worked as a Naturopathic doctor in community health centers and in institutional practices. She is an instructor at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, the VP of Internal Education of the International Chinese Association of Naturopathic Doctors and recipient of the American Specialty Health Naturopathic Medicine scholarship and the Harvard Book Prize. She is a member of both the Canadian and the Ontario Associations of Naturopathic Doctors.
